Welcome to SharpTake. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SharpTake website and related features.
By using SharpTake, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. What SharpTake Provides
SharpTake provides sports analytics, model-derived estimates, summaries, comparisons, and interpretation tools for informational and entertainment purposes.
SharpTake is not a sportsbook, betting operator, financial advisor, or gambling service. SharpTake does not accept wagers, place bets, process bets, or guarantee sports outcomes.
2. No Guarantees
Sports outcomes are uncertain. SharpTake's analysis may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or wrong. Forecasts, leans, probabilities, player reads, team reads, and comparisons are estimates based on available data and product-defined logic.
You should not rely on SharpTake as the sole basis for any decision involving money, wagering, fantasy sports, travel, tickets, recruiting, media coverage, or other consequential decisions.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse SharpTake. You may not:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site

- submit malicious, unlawful, or abusive requests
- use SharpTake in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others
4. Intellectual Property
SharpTake's design, text, analysis, product structure, page layout, branding, and original presentation are owned by SharpTake or its operator, except for third-party data, names, marks, and content that belong to their respective owners.
You may use SharpTake for personal, non-commercial viewing and analysis. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or build a competing service from SharpTake's output, design, or compiled presentation without permission.
5. Third-Party Data and Services
SharpTake may use or reference third-party sports data sources, public information, or service providers. Third-party names, logos, teams, conferences, data sources, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
SharpTake is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the NCAA, ESPN, BartTorvik, T-Rank, CollegeBasketballData, CollegeFootballData, any school, conference, league, team, sportsbook, or betting operator, unless explicitly stated.
6. Availability and Changes
SharpTake may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time. Data coverage may vary by sport, team, player, season, source, and availability.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
SharpTake is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SharpTake disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SharpTake and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses related to use of or reliance on SharpTake.
